The event fundraising guide, Money for the Cause, includes many helpful templates, ideas, lists, and illustrations. Here is a sample idea list for raffles, along with a short excerpt of corresponding text from Money for the Cause.

Special Attractions and Raffle Twists

Although most raffles involve selling paper tickets from a large roll or package of tickets, raffle “tickets” can take many forms. The only requirement is that there be a positive way to identify the winners of the raffle drawing. Sidebar 17.3 describes seven ticketless raffle ideas.
